Due to hygiene reasons, personal care appliances are non-returnable. However, in rare cases where the product is damaged during shipment or transit, you may request a replacement within 2 days of delivery.

1. Return & Replacement Policy:

Ikonic World will NOT accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

· Buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind, wrong product/model/color ordered).

· Product has been installed/used and functions as per its specifications, certified by the brand.

· Product has been tampered with, or the serial number is missing.

· The product has been relocated from the original delivery address.

· The refund request is raised after the eligible return window as per the Refund policy of the Company. (Such products will be repaired under warranty terms.)

· The product was received as a free gift.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return (for damaged/defective/wrong product only):

· Customer must email support@ikonicworld.com call us on 1800 120 9959 or WhatsApp us at 8454800440 (Available Monday to Saturday, between 10 AM to 5:30 PM IST) within 48 hours of delivery in case of any defective or incorrect product received.

· The email should mention the respective order ID, include images of the defective/wrong product, invoice, and original packaging (including labels).

· After verification of the claim, pickup will be arranged on a best-effort basis within 2–4 business days.

· Upon inspection, if the issue is found genuine, a refund or replacement will be initiated accordingly.

Note: Replacement is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be processed.

 

3. Refund Policy

· Refunds are initiated within 7 working days after return approval.

· If the payment was made via Credit Card/Net Banking, the amount will be reversed to the same account.

· Refunds will only be processed once the returned product is received and verified by the Company.

Note: Please retain your original purchase receipt for all refund or warranty claims.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, so we allow cancellations under the following terms:

· Orders can be cancelled before the product has been dispatched.

· Once the product has been dispatched/shipped, cancellations cannot be processed. Customers may refer to the Returns & Replacement Policy if eligible.

· For cancellations, please email us at support@ikonicworld.com with your order ID as soon as possible.

· In case of a successful cancellation before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
